Program Summary Visionary researcher Masaru Emoto has found factual evidence of how human thoughts, words, ideas and music, affect the molecular structure of water. By taping words of positive and negative energy on distilled water bottles and freezing them, Mr. Emoto shares photos of what the water crystals look like after the fact. It's unbelievable how taping the words "thank you" makes crystal pretty and perfectly symmetrical while the words "I will kill you" makes it look ill and seems to poison it. Check the attached link for the full overview of the experiment and the photographed results. Also attached is a video related to perspective reality. It helps in creating the realities we want and disconnecting from the realities we can't seem to let go of. Program Details Since most of our body is made of water, before going to bed, write a positive word on yourself, on a rubber band or on a piece of paper and tape it on yourself. Sleep with it and see how it makes you feel when you wake up the next morning. We are all manifestations of our feelings and if we start each morning feeling good inside, we can continue throughout the day transferring that feeling moment to moment and people to people. Simple things like this can really make a difference in someone's life, even ones you don't know you know. |

Tamara: 100% Pure Love
That's really cool; I was just talking about this with a friend the other day.
I've seen the images from the: Message from water exhibition and it's utterly fascinating. Words and thoughts DO indeed alter realities. There's a nice little documentary called: What the Bleep Do We Know that delves deeper into this.
I personally use words and objects that give off positive vibes by keeping them close to my skin, and they never fail to help me exude that same energy. If I'm having a stressful day I’ll write the word FAITH on my arm or draw the Hindu symbol for OM on my hand. When things are out of control around me, I'll write a prayer on a little piece of paper and keep it next to my skin that day. If I don’t have the word written down, I just visualize it and gradually change my energy from within. Let me tell you…I've been in some really crazy situations and have been able to regain my serenity through these techniques. I’ve had people ask me, how I could be so calm and it’s usually because I’m just shifting my thoughts to: PEACE or whatever the situation may call for.
We ARE energy, and absorb whatever energy is around us, at times we need to protect our spirits by shifting it back to a more organic place so that we don't get caught up in the (sometime) all encompassing tension. EVERYTHING starts in the mind...
Thanks for the interesting post
