I run a company in Toronto that is dedicated to using the arts to raise awareness of local and global issues. I quite appreciate everything that Sol Guy and the creators of this show are doing to put major world issues on the map.

Currently my company works in our own backyard, addressing youth poverty, homelessness, environmental responsibility, and community outreach. We work in youth shelters, and try to lend the youth a voice through the creation of plays based on their conversations and stories. We will be furthering this project in other forms.

We also host a handful of events, the most recent being a clothing drive - where the clothes were given to 9 local shelters! - that had musicians playing all through the night at a donated venue. The next event will be a 'living fashion show' using un-wearable donated clothes to created new items of haute couture.
