Set how long a session works for you, and how often a gentle gong reminds you to bring attention back to the breath. Sit comfortably with your palms facing up, close your eyes, and focus on the breath moving through your nose. Simply come back to the breath when reminded. A chime sounds when the session is complete. Even just one minute a day will start to make a difference.
It is all in the name. ‘re’ means to return, to come back, to begin again, so a re:MIND:er is exactly that: a way to bring the mind back, again and again. Once you notice it, you will find ‘re’ making a callback in words like return, remember, renew, restore, and in every ‘re:’ sitting at the top of your inbox. Let each one be a small cue to come back: take a breath, notice the mind, and remember that your body and mind are alive, and that you are life.
